I&#039;ve eaten this dish in over a dozen and a half restaurants in mexico and they have all been slightly different. So you really can add personal touches. Once I had pecans! and not walnuts.]]></description>

Is all the cooking of the meat, and the making of the walnut sauce something I could potentially do a day or two in advance and then put all together to bake the day of? Will the walnut sauce reheat okay?]]></description>

I roasted the walnuts at 350 for 10 minutes let them cool I put them in a clean dry towel and rubbed them together in the towel almost all the coating fell off!
Making again today for the third time!
