					<description><![CDATA[I was taught to boil it with onions. And until it becomes tender and skimming off the foam and stuff and then pour in when that comes close to getting done I have my chilies, better it&#039;s supposed to be in it, and then a tasting and you stem them, and then soak them in some of the water and bed.  The Travis cooking and let&#039;s pour it into the blender and then blend it, garlic and some chicken bun and blend it up there together too, put that into the pot with the tribe.  Add some hominy and transport like the beat, the pork knuckles and the pork feet in it.But I don&#039;t add them bc it&#039;s like no meat on them. And then I put a can of harmony in it.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[When I was very young our babysitter used to make menudo. I personally likes it. My mother who was caucasion would not eat it. Im in my 60&#039;s now. I want to find a restaurant in Lancaster County Pa  that makes a good menudo. I miss the tastes of my youth. Also back the there were street vendors that sol tacos. I liked the rolled tacos, taquitos. They then were 10 for $1.00. Long ago.]]></description>

Where i live they don&#039;t sell beef Pata. So instead I use ox tail or beef shank (I know I know). But using pig feet kinda feels like cheating especially when you get that not pleasant filmyness from the pork. It&#039;s all about the collagen. Ox tail stays true to that  because of the marrow! Plus it&#039;s all beef no pork.]]></description>
