However, I didn’t use a tablespoon of each seasoning. I used 1 teaspoon of paprika and teaspoon of smoked paprika, 2 teaspoons cumin, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt. I can only imagine how spicy it is as written.

Just made your salsa verde & added some fresh lime juice to it….absolutely amazing! I’m serving your salsa verde over black beans, avocado, tomatoes & rice with some fresh garlic / cilantro yogurt sauce that I make.

Now I can’t wait to make this recipe! Have already bookmarked you because I’ll be coming back again & again.

What I love about this recipe is that there are no processed cheeses in this dip, no mayonnaise *bleh and ugh*, no other ingredients that just don’t belong in freshly made, home cooked food. I have seen some pretty horrific recipes out there. The addition of real cheddar & real fresh cream immediately tweaked my interest.

Can’t wait to try this dip with fresh sweet corn in the summer…..I’m drooling already! 🙂
