Hi! I’m sure yuo will have a good time. We did not book Xcaret until we got there and we did it through the hotel since we got discounted tickets by sitting through their presentation breakfast. We went again to a different resort last year and we booked directly through the Xcaret website in advance. The transportation was booked through the resort at the time we booked the tickets, but it is not hotel transportation – it is operated by Xcaret. Hope that helps and have a great time!
