I love this recipe but can’t figure out what I am doing wrong. I made it twice but can get it to come out with just a gelatin top.

Is there a difference in using a jello mix to a gelatin mix? Will this still work? I only could find jello mix so am trying with that….

Can I use fat free milk or low fat? And sugar free jello?
