					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve made chilaquiles many years ago. The recipe was a  similar version like the one you shared. The corn tortillas were cut in a small rectangular shape and fried till it had a crunchie snape. Then layer with your salsa, pepper jack cheese, and pour a little bit of scrambled egg in between layers with black olives, baked until the egg was done.  Served with sour cream and Homemade Salsa and cilantro on top.]]></description>
