Jamaica is the calyx of the flower (neither leaf nor petals), you can get seeds and grow it in a garden. The petals are pink, the whole plant has a dark red cast to it. I am making this and mixing in 6 tablespoons of chia seed. Either I'll eat it as a pudding or mix in cold water for a beverage. I added a small amount of cinnamon bark and sweetened it with Swerve.

I have, I just make it without the sugar, finish the recipe (adding ice and water) then we just add the sweet leaf stevia drops to taste (a little of the vanilla flavored one is good in it as well). I also like to use whole earth stevia and monk fruit blend sometimes instead of the stevia drops.
