Chorizo or make lazy tamales using leftovers in a casserole dish, serving with toppings of guacamole. Ive even just made the masa into pancakes and served with meat or vegetables. Plus this recipie gives me a great excuse to go to my favorite latina market! My family and friends love this!]]></description>
