Hi Marcie! Yes, I did mean 1/4 cup, but that is because I really like the ginger flavor. It can definitely be modified though for individual tastes! 🙂 I’m glad you enjoyed it.

We used 1/4 cup fresh ginger and it was good to me, but my family thought it was too much. But it was still YUMMY!!

I’m so sorry for the delay in responding. The Sesame seeds are added at the end on top of the chicken – more of a garnish than anything. The ground ginger should have been included in the third step of the orange sauce. I will update now. Thanks!
