I’ve made these multiple times! Wonderful every time! Today I tried adding 1 c cocoa in with flour mixture, and coconut at the end~ Incredibly chewy~ and outrageous YUM-factor!

wonderful cookie, but doubling recipe leaves dough too soft to form ‘balls’. Easily solved with additional 2/3 cups flour

Hi Beth, you could try using maple syrup, or you can omit it. I think it adds something, but it is not 100% necessary. Good luck!

Hi Jennifer – I just used an organic blue nectar agave that I found at King Soopers – which is the local Kroger store in Colorado. Hope that helps! Thanks.
