A wonderful recipe that worked as promised. The brisket (3.6 lbs) was tender and delicious. Halved the mop ingredients and still had lots left over. Can’t wait to try more of these dishes. Thank you.

Followed your recipe to the “t” on a 3.5 pound brisket. Only variance was the timing due to being a smaller size cut of brisket. Used our pro 34 Traeger pellet grill with hickory flavored pellets. The mop was “the bomb”!!! So tasty and the brisket turned out to be the best we have had. Thank you for sharing this one!!!

Great recipe! My only suggestion is cut back on the amount of ingredients for mop sauce. I made way too much and wasted a lot.
