It is unusual to have measurements in fractions of tablespoons; did you mean 1/4 teaspoon of the spices?

Hi Susan – 425 is the temperature that I used and it turned out really tender. You can always try with a lower temperature, but it might need to cook longer. Good luck!

425 degrees seems like too hot an oven. Low and slow is usually the way. How is this so? Should that have been 325 degrees?
