Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup of yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup of oil for frying

Instructions

  • Season the pork chops with salt and pepper
  • Cover the pork chops in a thin layer of mustard
  • Combine the breadcrumbs with the spices and mix well
  • Coat the pork chops in the breadcrumb mixture
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the pork chops one at a time, cooking for five minutes on each side until cooked through.
