- ¾ cup of whipping cream
- Juice from ½ lemon
- 1 Tbsp of garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp of onion powder
- 1 Tbsp of finely chopped fresh dill leaves
- 1 Tbsp of finely chopped chives
- 1 Tbsp of mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
- 1-2 Tbsp of milk to thin out if desired.
In a medium bowl, combine the whipping cream and the lemon juice, mixing well and letting rest for 5 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Add milk one tablespoon at a time to reach desired consistency.
