Apple, Orange, and Pineapple Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 sticks of celery
  • 1 carrot sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber sliced
  • 1/4 green apple
  • 2 fresh pineapple rings
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1/4 cup of ice
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • 1/2 cup of spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup of water

Instructions

  • Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until it reaches your desired texture. Add more water if necessary.
  • Drink immediately, or refrigerate in a completely sealed container for later.

Notes

To freeze the fruits and vegetables, cut them up and mix them up in a large bowl. Then separate them into individual bags and freeze. When ready to use, blend with water and orange juice and you will not need any ice.
