Slow Cooker Balsamic Brisket – A great, easy recipe for anytime!

Ingredients

  • 2 Pound of Beef Brisket
  • 1/2 Cup of Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Cups of Beef Broth
  • 2 T of dried Thyme
  • 4 Bay Leaves
  • 2 T Garlic Powder
  • 2 T Pepper
  • 1 T Cumin
  • 2 T Dried oregano
  • 1 t Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add all of the above ingredients to your crock pot, and let it cook for at least 4 hours on high heat, or 8 hours on low heat. Shred and enjoy!
