Sweet Breakfast Crepes + White Chocolate Whipped Cream
For the Crepes
- 1 Cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/4 Cup of milk
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons of melted butter
- 3 Tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 1 Tablespoon of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
White Chocolate Whipped Cream
- 1 Cup of heavy whipping cream
- 4 Tablespoons of white chocolate instant pudding mix
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
For the Crepes
Combine and beat together all of the ingredients and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
Heat up a non-stick frying pan and add some butter.
Add enough batter to coat and fill the bottom of the pan (move it around from side to side).
Cook for about 30 seconds on each side, remove, and add the fillings
