Amazing Piña Loca Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Pineapple
  • 1 Nearly Ripe Mango cut into chunks
  • 1 Cucumber cut into rounds
  • 1 cup of watermelon chunks
  • 1-2 medium sized jicama a rootlike vegetable found at most supermarkets
  • 1 bag of M&M's® Chili Nut or you can replace with other nuts
  • Juice from one lime salt, and chili powder (tapatio or tajin)

Instructions

  • Start by removing the pineapple fruit from the skin, and set aside.
  • If you want it to look like the picture, cut the pineapple in rings and set aside, otherwise, cut into chunks and use in the next step.
  • Next, combine all of the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  • Spoon the combination of fruit into the empty pineapple and top with additional lime juice, salt, and chili powder.
  • Decorate with the pineapple rings and serve!
