Easy Prosciutto and Gouda Turnovers
- 1 Box of Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheets
- 1 Package of sliced Gouda cheese
- 1 Package of sliced Prosciutto
- 1 Egg
Preheat oven to 375 F
Spread out one sheet of the puff pastry sheets
Add a layer of prosciutto followed by a layer of Gouda
Top with a final layer of prosciutto
Fold one side over the top of the filling and then fold over the remaining side.
Cut into 2 or 3 pieces.
Brush with egg and bake for 20 minutos.
