of shredded coconut

of greek yogurt

of honey
you can add more or less if you prefer

of milk

cup
of mango pieces
1/2
cup
of peaches

tablespoon
of flax seeds
1/2
cup
of orange juice
Smoothie #3

of milk

cup
of blueberries
1/2
cup
of raspberries
1/2
banana

tablespoon
of chia seeds
1-2
tablespoons
of maple syrup
Instructions
For each smoothie, add all of the ingredients to a good blender and blend until smooth.

** You can use frozen or fresh fruit for each of these smoothies.
