Avocado Toast with Machaca Eggs and Pico de Gallo
Ingredients
- 1 loaf of Bimbo® Bread use as many slices as you need
- 1-2 Avocados From Mexico avocados
- Pico de Gallo diced tomatoes, onions, cilantro, salt, and lime juice
- Machaca Huevos Recipe Here
Instructions
- Prepare the Machaca according to the recipe above
- Prepare the Pico de gallo by combining all of the ingredients listed in parenthesis above
- Slice the avocados
- Toast the bread
- Add the machaca eggs, then top with the sliced avocados and pico de gallo.
