Homemade Cream Cheese Wontons
- 1 package of wonton wrappers
- 1 bar of cream cheese
- 3/4 cup of powdered sugar
- 1-2 egg yolks
- oil for frying
Mix the cream cheese and the powdered sugar
Spread out the wonton wrappers
Add 1-2 teaspoons of the cream cheese mixture in the middle of the wonton wrappers.
Brush egg yolk on the edges and fold over, adding more if needed to seal.
Fry in oil.
