Ingredients

  • 1 Cups Greek Yogurt plain
  • 1-2 Chipotle Pepper in Adobo
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 Lime (juice)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 
  • Rectify flavors by adding additional seasonings if necessary. 
  • If it is too thick, add water, 1 tablespoon at a time until it reaches the desired consistency and flavor.
