- 6 5 oz PrimeWaters Seafood Salmon Filets
- 4 tbsp softened butter
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 clove garlic minced
Preheat wood pellet smoker to 350 degrees F
Combine all of the ingredients (except the salmon) in a bowl and mix well.
Add a generous amount of the butter mixture on top of each filet of salmon, and top with lemon slices if desired
Add each filet to the wood pellet grill and cook until an internal temperature of 125 degrees is reached.
Remove the filets from the grill and tent with aluminum foil. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Garnish with lemon slices and additional spices for presentation
