  • 6 5 oz PrimeWaters Seafood Salmon Filets
  • 4 tbsp softened butter
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 clove garlic minced


  • Preheat wood pellet smoker to 350 degrees F
  • Combine all of the ingredients (except the salmon) in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add a generous amount of the butter mixture on top of each filet of salmon, and top with lemon slices if desired
  • Add each filet to the wood pellet grill and cook until an internal temperature of 125 degrees is reached.
  • Remove the filets from the grill and tent with aluminum foil. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with lemon slices and additional spices for presentation
