Homemade Apple Slaw

This delicious Apple Slaw recipe is an amazing side dish and goes great with smoked meats and more!

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 1/2 Green Apples Sliced into thin strips
  • 2 Carrots Shredded
  • Chopped Cilantro
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Cashews

For the Dressing

  • 5 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Clove Garlic Minced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all of the dressing ingredients in a large bowl and then add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Mix well and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
