Italian Pasta Salad

Ingredients
For the Pasta Salad

Package of colored Rotini
2 to
matoes
diced
1
cucumber
diced and de-seeded
1/2
package of hard salami
this can be replaced with pepperoni if desired
1
stalk of celery
diced
Mozzarella cheese
cut into cubes
1/2
cup
of black olives
sliced
1
t
of paprika
or chili powder
1
T
of sesame seeds
1
t
of black pepper
1
t
of celery flakes
1
t
of garlic powder
Salt to taste
For the Italian Dressing

T
of Italian seasoning
you can make you own with oregano, marjoram, basil, and parsley
1/3
cup
of white wine vinegar

T
de red whine vinegar
1
clove
of garlic
finely chopped
2
T
of onion
finely chopped
2
T
of red pepper
finely chopped

T
of honey
1
t
of red pepper flakes
or more if you like more spice
2/3
cup
of olive oil + 1/3 cup of canola oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instruction. Once cooked, rinse with cool water.
Combine all of the pasta salad ingredients in a large bowl, and mix well.
To make the dressing, add all of the ingredients to a
salad dressing shaker
and mix well (you can also just stir in a small bowl). Refrigerate.
Add half of the dressing and refrigerate for at least one hour. Once cool,serve with the remaining dressing.
