Start by blending 1 cup of the Sir Bananas™ Bananamilk, the maizena, the vanilla, the egg and the sugar until smooth.
Add the rest of the Sir Bananas™ Bananamilk to a medium sized pot with the cinnamon stick and bring to a slow boil over medium heat.
Once boiling, remove the cinnamon stick, add the above mixture and reduce heat to medium-low.
Before the mixture comes to a boil again, stir rapidly until it reaches a pudding-like consistency. At this point you can stir in raisins if desired.
Remove from the heat and pour into individual cups (on top of the chocolate base if using).
You can eat it immediately, or you can put it in the refrigerator to chill.
