These Prosciutto and Gouda Turnovers are easy, fast, and delicious. Don't forget to make them for your next holiday party!

Easy Prosciutto and Gouda Turnovers

Ingredients

  • 1 Box of Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheets
  • 1 Package of sliced Gouda cheese
  • 1 Package of sliced Prosciutto
  • 1 Egg

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 F
  • Spread out one sheet of the puff pastry sheets
  • Add a layer of prosciutto followed by a layer of Gouda
  • Top with a final layer of prosciutto
  • Fold one side over the top of the filling and then fold over the remaining side.
  • Cut into 2 or 3 pieces.
  • Brush with egg and bake for 20 minutos.
