Preheat Oven to 375
Combine all of the ingredients (except the white chocolate, chocolates, and 1/2 cup of additional sugar) in a stand mixer and mix until a dough forms.
Form 1/2 inch balls of the dough and roll in the additional sugar.
Placed on a baking sheet and bake for 10-14 minutes.
Immediately after removing the cookies from the oven, put on piece of chocolate on each, pushing down gently.
Remove to a cooling rack and let cool completely.
Melt the white chocolate and put in a plastic bag, and cut off the corner.
Drizzle the white chocolate over the cookies and let cool.
