Clean the tilapia well and season with salt and pepper prior to frying it.
Saute the tomato, onion, garlic, guajillo pepper, and chipotle peppers in a little bit of oil.
Add the above to a blender with the oregano, salt, pepper, and orange juice and blend well.
Strain the mixture and add to a frying pan with a little bit of olive oil and heat over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the fried tilapia and eat right away.
