These three nutritious smoothie recipes are all made with delicious milk and taste great. They make for a perfect breakfast before school.

Ingredients

  • Smoothie # 1
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup of greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of honey you can add more or less if you prefer
  • Smoothie #2
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of mango pieces
  • 1/2 cup of peaches
  • 1 tablespoon of flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup of orange juice
  • Smoothie #3
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of raspberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup

Instructions

  • For each smoothie, add all of the ingredients to a good blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

** You can use frozen or fresh fruit for each of these smoothies.
