Ingredients

  • 1 Pork Shoulder
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 3/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 6 Large Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of ground Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon of Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Tablespoon of Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon of Beef Bouillon

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients (except the pork) in a blender and blend until everything is combined.
  • Put the Pork Shoulder in a large baking dish.
  • Rub the mixture all over the pork shoulder and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Let it marinate all night if possible, but for at least four hours otherwise.
  • Bake for 4 hours at 425 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Shred with a fork and serve with tacos, burritos, or any other way.
