- 1 Pork Shoulder
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 3/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 6 Large Cloves of Garlic
- 1 teaspoon of ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon of Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon of Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
- 1 teaspoon Tablespoon of Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon of Beef Bouillon
Combine all of the ingredients (except the pork) in a blender and blend until everything is combined.
Put the Pork Shoulder in a large baking dish.
Rub the mixture all over the pork shoulder and cover with aluminum foil.
Let it marinate all night if possible, but for at least four hours otherwise.
Bake for 4 hours at 425 degrees Fahrenheit
Shred with a fork and serve with tacos, burritos, or any other way.
