“Power Up” Mango Breakfast Shake

This quick "Power up" mango breakfast shake is full of energy boosting nutrients, perfect for starting your morning.

Ingredients

  • 1 Teaspoon Maca Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon ground Chia seed.
  • 1 Cup of Horizon Organics Grassfeed Milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Cup of Frozen Mangoes
  • 1/4 Cup of Pineapples
  • 1/4 Cup of Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in your blender, and blend until smooth.
