For the Creamy Chicken Gravy
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic finely minced
- 4 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 2 pounds chicken breast
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp corn starch (to thicken)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp turmeric

Start by adding the chicken and all of the other ingredients except for the milk and the corn starch to a slow cooker, and cook over high heat for 3 hours.
Shred the chicken while still in the slow cooker with a fork, add the corn starch and milk and let it cook for one additional hour.
After an hour, serve over white rice and add the desired ingredients.
