- 4 Tomatoes Roasted
- 1/4 Onion Finely Chopped
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 Jalapeno Seeds and Stem removed
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 bunch Cilantro finely chopped
Add the onion and garlic to a frying pan with the olive oil and cook until onions are translucent.
Combine the roasted tomatoes, the Worcestershire sauce and the jalapeno in a blender and blend.
Add the onions and garlic and stir well.
Season with salt to taste and then add chopped cilantro on top.
