These turkey burgers use 50% ground beef and 50% ground turkey for delicious flavor and texture.
Servings 6 burgers
- 1/2 pound Organic ground Turkey
- 1/2 pound Organic ground beef
- 1/2 Red onion diced
- 2 Fresh garlic minced
- 1 tbsp dried Oregano
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp coco aminos or soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp ground cumin
- salt and pepper to taste.
- 6 hamburger buns
- your choice of toppings
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
Form 1 inch thick patties
Cook on your grill or over the stovetop until cooked through.
Serve on a bun with your favorite burger fixings.
