- 1 Open Nature Wild Caught Sockeye Salmon Skin-On Fillet Cut into three smaller pieces
- 1 Stick Butter
- 2 Tbsp dill chopped
- 2 Tbsp thyme chopped
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Sea Salt
- 1 Zucchini Cut into slices
- 1 Yellow Squash Cut into Slices
- 1 Red Pepper Diced
- 1 Yellow Pepper Diced
- 1 Cup Broccoli Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Onion Sliced
Preheat the grill to 375 Degrees Fahrenheit
Prepare the butter by mixing the softened butter, thyme, dill, garlic powder and salt until everything is well incorporated and it is creamy.
Place each fillet on a large piece of aluminum foil with the veggies.
Season the veggies and salmon with lemon pepper and sea salt.
Spread the butter mixture over the top of each fillet
Close the foil and put on the grill.
Cook until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of approximately 135-140 degrees. This should take about 15 minutes.
Remove from the grill and let rest for 5-10 minutes. Serve immediately.
