Authentic Pico De Gallo Recipe

- 1/2 Onion
- 2 Roma Tomatoes
- 1/2 Bunch of Cilantro
- 1/2 Jalapeno
- 1 Lime
- Salt to taste
Dice the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and jalapeno and place in a medium sized bowl
Add the juice from one lime and mix together
Add salt to taste a little bit at a time.
