Ingredients

  • 4 Bone In Pork Chops
  • 1/2 Cup Blackened Saskatchewan Rub (Traeger) You can replace this with your favorite rub
  • 1 Tbsp Salt Optional

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to 450 degrees fahrenheit
  • Generously apply the rub and the salt to each pork chop
  • Put on the grill and cook for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Remove from the grill once the pork chop has reached 140-145 degrees.
  • Let rest 10 minutes and then serve.
