- 4 Bone In Pork Chops
- 1/2 Cup Blackened Saskatchewan Rub (Traeger) You can replace this with your favorite rub
- 1 Tbsp Salt Optional
Preheat grill to 450 degrees fahrenheit
Generously apply the rub and the salt to each pork chop
Put on the grill and cook for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Remove from the grill once the pork chop has reached 140-145 degrees.
Let rest 10 minutes and then serve.
