- 2 1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 Cup Room Temperature Water
- 2 3/4 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp Melted Butter To brush on the fully cooked naan
Combine all of the ingredients above except for the butter in a large bowl
Mix until just combined with a wooden spoon
Continue mixing by hand for about a minute, or until everything is well combined
Remove to a clean, flour surface and knead for about 2-3 minutes
Divide into 10-12 equal sized balls and flatten with a rolling pin
Heat a cast iron skillet or other non-stick pan to medium-high heat
Cook each naan for 2-3 minutes per side
Remove and brush with butter
