Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Room Temperature Water
  • 2 3/4 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Melted Butter To brush on the fully cooked naan

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients above except for the butter in a large bowl
  • Mix until just combined with a wooden spoon
  • Continue mixing by hand for about a minute, or until everything is well combined
  • Remove to a clean, flour surface and knead for about 2-3 minutes
  • Divide into 10-12 equal sized balls and flatten with a rolling pin
  • Heat a cast iron skillet or other non-stick pan to medium-high heat
  • Cook each naan for 2-3 minutes per side
  • Remove and brush with butter
