Apple Stuffed Pork Chops Recipe
For the Marinade
- ½ Cup of agave
- ¼ cup of apple juice
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon of oregano
- 1 tablespoon de black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- ¡For the Filling
- 1.5 Green Apple cut into small cubes
- ¼ red onion finely chopped
- Parsley finely chopped
- Green onions finely chopped
- 2 celery sticks finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/3 cup of brown sugar
- Zest from 1 Lime
For the Pork Chop
- Apple Slices
- 1/3 cup of brown sugar
For the Pork Chops
Cut open a "pocket" in the pork chop that will allow you to add the filling.
Fill with the filling and then place in an oven safe dish.
Top with a slice of apple and some extra brown sugar.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes and enjoy!
