Sweet Breakfast Crepes + White Chocolate Whipped Cream


For the Crepes

  • 1 Cup all purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 Cup of milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons of melted butter
  • 3 Tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

White Chocolate Whipped Cream

  • 1 Cup of heavy whipping cream
  • 4 Tablespoons of white chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup of granulated sugar


For the Crepes

  • Combine and beat together all of the ingredients and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
  • Heat up a non-stick frying pan and add some butter.
  • Add enough batter to coat and fill the bottom of the pan (move it around from side to side).
  • Cook for about 30 seconds on each side, remove, and add the fillings

For the White Chocolate Whipped Cream

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a cold mixing bowl and beat on high with cold beaters until light and fluffy.
  • Serve with crepes and refrigerate leftovers.
