- 2 Pound of Beef Brisket
- 1/2 Cup of Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 1/2 Cups of Beef Broth
- 2 T of dried Thyme
- 4 Bay Leaves
- 2 T Garlic Powder
- 2 T Pepper
- 1 T Cumin
- 2 T Dried oregano
- 1 t Red Pepper Flakes
- Salt to taste
