Ingredients

For the Shrimp

  • 1 bag shrimp (16 oz)
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 red onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

For the Pasta Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Sun Dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

For the Pasta

  • 1/2 package Spaghetti Cooked according to package instructions

Instructions

  • Heat your stainless steel cookware over medium heat.
  • Add the olive oil and the butter.
  • Add the garlic and the onion and cook for about 1 minute
  • Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and add to the pan until browned on all sides
  • Add the sun dried tomatoes and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add the chicken stock, the tomato sauce, and the cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well and let boil for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the spaghetti and mix well.
  • Serve hot with fresh parsley and parmesan cheese.
