For the Shrimp
- 1 bag shrimp (16 oz)
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 red onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper to taste
For the Pasta Sauce
- 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
- 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
- 3 tbsp Sun Dried tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
For the Pasta
- 1/2 package Spaghetti Cooked according to package instructions
Heat your stainless steel cookware over medium heat.
Add the olive oil and the butter.
Add the garlic and the onion and cook for about 1 minute
Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and add to the pan until browned on all sides
Add the sun dried tomatoes and cook for 1 minute.
Add the chicken stock, the tomato sauce, and the cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well and let boil for about 5 minutes.
Add the spaghetti and mix well.
Serve hot with fresh parsley and parmesan cheese.
